These documents form the entire agreement between you and w63 governing your use of the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. w63 recommends that you review these Terms periodically.

Age and identity verification is completed through KYC procedures using a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or Philippine passport). Accounts that cannot complete KYC verification will not be activated for real-money activity. w63 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm eligibility.
Where w63 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be held, and any winnings derived from gaming activity conducted while underage may be voided.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) w63 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a violation of these Terms. w63 uses technical and identity-based controls to detect duplicate accounts. Detection will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. You are required to notify w63 promptly if any of your registration details change. w63 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to provide accurate information. Name details must match the government-issued ID submitted for KYC — mismatches will result in account suspension pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w63 account credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or account access with any other person. You must notify w63 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. w63 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
w63 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance therein to any third party. Any attempted transfer will render the account subject to immediate closure.
All deposits to your w63 account are made in Philippine Peso. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability. Deposit methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. w63 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party deposit is detected, funds will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
w63 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied. Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds are held separately; only Real Money Balance and converted bonus funds that have met wagering requirements are withdrawable.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, w63 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly, regardless of whether you have already withdrawn or wagered the incorrectly credited amount. You agree to cooperate with w63 in resolving any transaction disputes.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). w63 may apply an administrative fee of ₱50 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.
w63 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry timeframes.
The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, as well as potential account suspension:
w63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Ongoing wagering requirements for active bonuses will be honored until completion if a promotion is withdrawn.
All games available on w63 — including live dealer games, slots, fishing arcade games, bingo, and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules accessible within the Platform. In cases of conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules take precedence in respect of game mechanics and payouts.
Slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited. Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot games are published by the respective game providers and represent long-term statistical payout rates, not guaranteed results per session.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by human dealers under continuous camera surveillance. w63 is not responsible for outcomes in live dealer games arising from force majeure, technical disconnection, or circumstances outside its control; affected rounds will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's dispute resolution procedures.
Sports betting outcomes are governed by the official result of the relevant sporting event as certified by the relevant governing body. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or result dispute, w63's specific sports betting rules will apply. w63 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w63 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the w63 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of w63 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorization from w63. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure, lost profits, or loss of data.
w63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
w63 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party provider disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. w63 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such events.
w63 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) you are under 21 years of age; (d) your account is on a PAGCOR exclusion list; or (e) regulatory or law enforcement obligations require it.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting w63 support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method after identity verification. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Account closure terminates your license to use the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the w63 Platform shall first be submitted to w63's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat. w63 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through w63's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to licensed gaming operators. You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
w63 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
